Method:
- Begin by kneeling in vajrasana, with your hands on your thighs and your toes touching the wall.
- Fold down into child pose and stretch arms out as far as they will reach
- Do not move your hands as you come up into table top
- Go into downface dog with the ankles and feet together
- move the chest towards the thighs
- lift the right foot up to hip height, keeping the knees level
- Press into the wall lifting the left foot to the wall next to the right foot as you straighten the knees
- the head hangs down
- walk the feet back down the wall.
- Rest the heart in child pose
- Repeat with the left foot
