Weekend Retreat at Elizabeth Beach
Friday February 26th to Monday 1st March.
Accommodation: $180pp for 3 nights, that's just $60pp a night.
The two houses are next to each other, just a short walk to Elizabeth and Boomerang Beach, near Forster. If you want your own room with double bed, please add another $160.
You can share with a friend or I can allocate someone to share a room.
The houses have 2 double rooms and 1 room with 2 single beds, there is room for 12 people. (If we need another house there is one available across the street.)
We need to supply our own linen: sheets, towels, beach towels and toiletries.
The full cost of the weekend is $350 includes accommodation, some meals, yoga and meditation and a wonderful weekend.
If you would like to come I've worked out a payment plan of $100 per month bank transfer or cash and another $50 when we go.

Friday 26th:
Arrival is from 2pm on Friday afternoon. On Friday night we will have dinner and watch the sunset over Wallis Lake at the Pacific Palms Recreation Club; then return to our accomodation for relaxation and meditation.
Saturday 27th:
Yoga is on Saturday morning is at 8am before breakfast then everyone can fix their own breakfast they like; there will be yogurt and fruit and bread and butter & margarine available.
For lunch we will have a seafood BBQ and salad.
Later we might be able to have yoga and meditation on the beach if you don't mind getting sandy, or we can have yoga at the house then go to the beach for meditation in the evening.
Dinner will just be casual.
Sunday 28th:
Yoga again on Sunday morning at 8am before breakfast, then you are free for the rest of the day.
Some options would be enjoying the beach or bush walks or finding a nice cafe for lunch. Sunday lunch is at your own expense.
If you want, maybe we could organise an afternoon tea and invite friends or relatives you would like to catch up with in the area (just an idea).
We will join together again for peaceful evening meditation on the beach, so nice.
For dinner, who ever would like to can help cook a wonderful feast for dinner at Sarah's Cooking School. I am thinking of making Spanish Paella, and we might ask our international friends to teach us a traditional dish from their country.

Checkout out for one of the houses is 10am. If you need to get back to Singleton for work the drive takes about 2.15hrs. I have kept the other house for the day so we don't need to rush. We can leave the luggage there to collect in the afternoon.
We might like a luncheon cruise from Forster, it is about $60. Or something else if anyone has an idea.
