2. Bha भं Múrcchá
3. Ma मं Prashraya
An example that comes to mind is the story of the bicycle when I went to India. I bought the family a new bike when the one I had hired was stolen, but they wanted a better bike then they wanted me to buy their little girl a tricycle. I wanted to help them but I refused to be taken advantage of. Later when I saw how much my kindness was appreciated and what a difference it was making to them, I did more.

4. Ya यं Avishvása
When I helped the family in India, I did it without thought of return, but they started to help me, they dressed me in my saree. And in a beautiful gesture they invited to come on a trip all the way around the sacred mountain of Tiruvannamalai. I saw their confidence grow, the children smiled instead of scowled, they were so excited about the toys I gave them. I saw the husband sitting out the front of his shop, fresh and clean in new shirt.
5. Ra रं Sarvanásha
This is about not listening to negative self talk, if you catch yourself talking yourself down in your head, remember! that you can do anything you think of, you just need to believe in yourself. Once you gain control of your mind through meditation you are in charge of your thoughts and feelings. If you find yourself heading towards or are in a depression, you have the ability to change the way you think and change your actions. Believe that you can and you will.
If I notice that sinking feeling trying to creep in, I notice that it is there, I give it some space, I look to see if there is a reason. If there is a reason, I acknowledge it and give myself time to feel, I know that eventually my feelings will change. I don't collapse into my negative feelings, I don't become the negative feelings, but I don't push them away if they have a valid reason for being there. I just observe them, I let them be what they are and try hard to move through my day. I know that in a while life will not feel bleak anymore.
If there is no valid reason for the sinking feeling, I become mindful, focusing on what I am doing at that moment and the feeling lifts.
6. La लं Kruratá
This is a hard one, if someone is cruel, it is difficult to understand or have compassion for them. I think about how bad that person must feel inside to be that way. It must be awful to live yourself. Pity them, karma will be their pay-back. If you can forgive you can you be free of anger and hatred.

Super self-care. One of the main reasons this chakra gets block is because of the tendency to focus on helping everyone but ourselves. Instead of looking outward, focus on taking care of you. Say ‘no’ instead of yes, do things that make you happy, and put your own needs first daily.
